- Handmade or made-to-order products may require additional processing time. If so, the estimated timeline will be mentioned on the product page.
- Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
The shipping cost may vary depending on:

Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery times are:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Order Tracking

Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make delivery attempts as per their standard policy. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

No Refund Policy
All purchases made on The Living Crafts are final.
We do not offer refunds for any products once an order has been placed and processed.
As our products are handcrafted and often made to order, we encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, colors, and other details before completing their purchase.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed for dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
